Biography
Dr Gashoot is a Senior Lecturer in Design in the Faculty of Health & Social Sciences and his background encompasses over 20 years of experience as a designer and a design Lecturer. His research knowledge and cross-disciplinary collaboration is evident in his current work on several design research projects, which include ongoing and new research related to PhD.
Dr Gashoot’s personal research interests lie in the field of healthcare and hospital interior design. He is currently investigating and identifying the interior design and décor features in hospital rooms for his publication, which will enhance hospital settings for patient’s satisfaction. Dr Gashoot’s future research plans are to build on the foundations of his PhD, to future develop design model, concept ideas and tools in the field of hospital settings and design.
